Call and Voicemail Settings; how to edit the handling of incoming phone calls and your voicemail greeting

Once your telephone number has been added to your account, you’ll want to edit how you want your app to handle incoming calls.  From the choices on the left side of the page, click Settings > My Staff, select the person you want to update by clicking the editing pencil to the right of the name.  

Click on Call and Voicemail Settings to make changes.  The page will look like this:

At the bottom of the page you have the option of uploading your own voicemail greeting rather than use the standard one that is supplied.  There are many free downloadable software products that allow you to make an MP3 recording.  Using one of those products, record your greeting, then upload it using the upload box in the lower-right of the page.

NOTE:  When selecting to forward calls to ‘My Phone Number’, calls will be forwarded automatically to the phone number entered in the User Info link on this same page.
