Setting up your AI Chat Bot (the basics)

In your account, click Settings > Conversation AI

Click the Create Bot button in the upper-right to create a new bot.

Or, click the bot listed under the Bot Name to open an existing bot.

Under Bot Settings heading select Auto Pilot to have the bot reply automatically, and under Supported Communication Channels select 'Live Chat'. This means you'll only have the AI Bot answering on the Live Chat widget on your website.
